Some peoples, magazines, say; they took marshall over, that marshall does not
exist anymore, they spoked of joint-venture,
Obviously, this confirm false advertising and/or unfair concurrence which
qualify those which say or write such wrong informations !
Reasons of our reaction here as our 'minimum' right to respond.
The marsea are not at all marshall.

Them, and ONLY
them have "made" marshall ™! a soon to be "a" dream team not to be found in Italy: Own designer, the best production team and a real shipyard + export organization. "Them" and only them have made Marshall, and they did it so well. Marshall was 3 independant companies (we*³) in one (fortunately). |

| Franco Donno Designer and administrator was (in that time) the first designer. 2/3 of the best italians brands came out of his design. Marshall was "his" space of creative liberty. |
"They" have cut/ mounted thousands of marshalls, and others!, from the beginning and made our reputation of "well done" job. We deeply thank you, ALL of you! |

valid was your commercial policy. For that raeson the collaboration
BCD/Marshall should have, in the future, to supersize the simple connection
pruductor-distributor. (Ndlr; BCD was only "Marshall Benelux" at that time) |
d) the full general assembly (of the
company) ask
mister Wittamer to take in charge the full commercial sector with full
autority. All members do agree to transfer to Wittamer (or BCD) one part
of the marshall's parts Mr Wittamer has been, voted by the full general assembly, administrator of marshall IN Italy when he was, and still is, already owner of Marshall International |

Classify in the "850cc Marathon class", we won (thanks to one of our best
customer), in the same time, the 1000cc class (rigid boats)
The first R.I.B., ever, to won in front of better motorised rigid boats in
Italy
(Like the "Pschydelic Surfeur" , hereunder, in 1969 in the "Round of
Brittain Race" in 67,30 h+/-)

Marshall is now continued by North Europe, all possible improvements have been added
to evoluate under those harder conditions
keeping the qualities which made its reputation. We are geographicaly midway
between GB and Italy, this explain that.
In the time we added the most welcome ECONOMY OF USE (less HP, less
consumption !!!)+ DEEPER and INSIDE SPACE !!!
I could too verify as agressive and unfair was the comportement
of your competitor XXXXXXXXX (name hided, but could be several)
It has always been verified the fact that who can do, do ! and would can't do,
critizise, calomny and try to create the discorde To live on the other's
